Terminology scan

A routine that reads your documents for words the glossary does not define and proposes them, for an admin to accept.

You get a list of glossary candidates: words your documents use in a particular sense that the workspace has not defined, each with the sentence it was found in. An admin turns the good ones into terms with one prompt.

Check

After the first attempt, the list holds candidates. Paste the follow-up prompt from the skill; the agent proposes definitions for the ones you pick and creates them as terms.
